Local Ownership: The school manages electricity, internet, and daily security.

Micheweni taught us that remote sites have unique challenges. Moving forward, Mama Mia’s Foundation is implementing a Pre-Survey Model—assessing site readiness and logistics in advance—to ensure every shilling of CSR funding from partners like Minara is used with maximum efficiency.
